Hey instead of evite you should try Planypus. It's a great way to get all your friends involved in helping you make plans. Rather than one person deciding everything you can have conversations, vote, and use the wiki-like planspace to keep track of all your plans! We used it to plan our ski trip recently and it was awesome! (I am the founder...disclaimer :-)). Let me know what you think, we always love user feedback, cheers!
